With the same 1,024 Wh capacity, both run an average refrigerator for about 12 hours and a CPAP for about 1.7 nights with the humidifier on, using our standard estimates. Capacity is not a reason to choose one over the other.
Output and recharge: Anker’s advantage
The C1000 Gen 2’s 2,000 W continuous output gives more headroom to run a refrigerator, a microwave in short bursts and small appliances together. Its fastest recharge mode fills the battery from empty in about 49 minutes, a few minutes faster than the DELTA 3 Plus’s 56 minutes. It’s also about 2.7 lb lighter.
Expandability and solar: EcoFlow’s advantage
This is the deciding factor for many buyers. The DELTA 3 Plus accepts extra batteries up to 5 kWh, so a unit you buy for your CPAP today can later carry your refrigerator through a multi-day outage. Anker states the C1000 Gen 2 has no expansion feature, which is how it stays smaller and lighter.
